We operate on a commission basis meaning that our earnings come from suppliers who pay us in return for the business we place with them. We therefore do not charge separate fees to our clients for using our services – its all included within the rates you pay to suppliers.
We offer a wide range of services to our customers, including electricity, natural gas, water, and sewerage. Our team of experts is here to help you with any questions you may have about your services.
As prices we provide you with include a commission allowance, we have to make sure this is a competitive figure, otherwise our prices won’t be keen enough for you to want to accept. After all, if we don’t place the business, we don’t earn anything so it’s in our interest to be as keen as we can on our commission requirements.
Following recent changes to suppliers’ licencing conditions all commissions are shown on quotation and acceptance documents, so you are aware.
We operate using authorities granted to us by our clients which are shown to suppliers by way of a signed Letter of Authority. This sets out what we are allowed to do on behalf of our clients when talking to suppliers. Such letters are time-bound and can be withdrawn at any time by the client. An example of what such a letter contains can be downloaded here.
We are passionate about providing a quality service for our clients and as such we have committed to two schemes which provide such reasuurance that we strive to do this at all times.
In being a member of this scheme we have to abide by their strict Code of Conduct and carry suitable liability insurance. They operate a dispute resolution scheme for any client who in the unlikely event may have cause to complain about our service. many common questions.
We are also a member of the Energy Ombudsman scheme set up to offer a complaint handling facility for Micro-business customers.
