A Letter of Authority is not a contract, it does not bind you to anything, nor
does it let us enter into an agreement or contract on your behalf or even commit your organisation in anyway. What it does do, is to show that you have instructed us to act on your behalf.

All this information is necessary for us if we are to begin an effective tendering process on your behalf. The document also grants us the right to terminate your existing contract if we believe that you are likely to be the victim of a rollover.
